From first calling in at Fawdingtons, when we were thinking of updating our present Suzuki,we were treated with upmost respect and kindness by Adam,who took us through the models they had available on the forecourt.I had a manual gear car and was considering changing to an automatic,he explained that if we did choose an auto model he would be happy to help with a test drive to see how it felt. I was left to browse the cars and at no time felt under any pressure to buy. I returned a few days later and this time was seen by Paul.I asked about Part/ex of my present car,then I saw in the showroom,a Vitara that had just become available.Paul explained the differences between the X-Cross and the Vitara and showed me the differences.It was manual,a lovely colour, and I loved it straight away! The whole experience of buying my new car, part-exchanging my old one, taking the new one on a test drive,going through the paperwork with both Adam and Paul was effortless.I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had great service from Fawdingtons. Everyone I dealt with made me feel at home, didn’t pressurise me in any way, answered my questions and supported me through the process of buying another car. I’d only ever bought a car from someone I knew before and was worried about being pressurised by a garage but they made this a friendly and enjoyable experience, which was lovely. Adam took the time to talk me through the features of my “new” car before I set off in it which was much appreciated, and I feel confident that if I had any problem with it in the future that it would be sorted out there.
