What a great car buying experience from start to finish. Being really nervous I was put immediately at ease, not made to feel rushed into making a decision and Adam was really patient with me. Actually a big shout out to Adam, he was fantastic answering every question, explaining things thoroughly and taking his time with me. Both he and Paul were made me and my mam feel very welcome, a special thank you to both for taking care of my mam and making sure she was looked after through the process of looking at and buying the car! This is a great family run business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. I saw the perfect car for my daughter online but based in Hexham, it was a 270 mile round trip. However it was well worth it & I was glad I’d taken the time to take a closer look. Adam, the salesman I’d spoken to on the phone, was very helpful and had good knowledge of the vehicle & its history, which I noted over a friendly cup of coffee after my trip up. Paul the manager was equally obliging and together they made arrangements for my wife and daughter to collect two weeks later, which happened to fall when both had holidays booked! Adam quickly changed his plans to ensure he would be there when my daughter collected and everything went smoothly on the day. The car was gleaming, serviced and had 12 months MOT when my daughter drove it away, with Adam waving goodbye as she left! One very happy girl. Thanks again for making the whole experience personalised and memorable.
